📦 Tracking Your Order

❗ Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Delays caused by missing apartment numbers

  • Packages returned to sender

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately to correct the address.

🚨 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

ZEHD is not liable for packages that are:

  • Marked as “Delivered” but not received

  • Lost by the carrier

  • Damaged during transit

For these situations, please file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

We will assist you in the process if needed.
