How to Use:

Shake well before use. Soak a cotton pad with Instant Eye Make-Up Remover. Press gently over eyelids for 10 seconds to dissolve eye makeup. Gently sweep down along lashes from root to tip without tugging, then sweep up along the underside of lashes, lifting them as you go. Fold cotton pad and gently move toward the outer corner of the eye following the natural direction of lymphatic circulation. Repeat with a fresh cotton pad for the other eye.
