Anastasia Beverly Hills Highlighting Duo Pencil is a dual-sided pencil for highlighting and defining your features. Available in 2 shades, this versatile, double-ended pencil features a light-reflecting, shimmer finish on one end and creamy, matte finish on the other for multi-dimensional highlighting. The non-wax, creamy formula glides easily across the skin for seamless application and blending. This multi-tasking pencil can be used to define brows, and highlight features on the face. This pencil is ideal for all skin types, especially dry skin because of the creamy formula.

  • For the most natural look, first apply the shimmer end from the arch (middle part of brow) to the end of the brow.
  • Then, apply the matte side from the beginning of the brow to the end of the brow. Use the flat side of Brush 20 to soften and blend edges, using short, downward motions. Blend with the spoolie brush for a natural-looking finish.
  • Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used to highlight and brighten by applying to the high points of the face. Apply to the upper cheekbone, bridge and tip of the nose, and cupid’s bow.
  • Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used on the eyes for quick, radiant look or as an eyeshadow base. Use the shimmer end to prime for metallic, shimmer or duo-chrome eyeshadows. Use the matte end to prime for matte eyeshadows.
